    Fantastic! I've been doing this for 3 days. My back and hip pain decreased after the first day. I will do this everyday, adding it to my other qi gong and tai chi training.

    Wow I am amazed at how much tension I had in my hands, especially in the first part with thumb & index finger. The vibration was intense 🙏 This exercise helped me feel relieved from tension in my hands all the way through my arms to shoulders & upper back! Baby hands 🤲💛
