If you’re curious, Queso went on to win their next series against G2, but since G2 came from the upper bracket Queso need to win 2 series in the grand finals, and G2 prevailed in the second one to win the major. I was very happy for G2 even though Queso winning the whole thing would’ve been insane. All in all, I don’t think it takes away from how amazing this moment, and their entire tournament was.

Ive literally studied this save so much, and still it blows my mind that Rise gets there in time in spite of turning the wrong direction! Vatira did just enough to buy every fraction of a second Rise needed, which was amazing on its own, but everyone who plays knows how many things couldve gone wrong to make that whole game go a different way. Thats why we love this ESport!!!

I first watched this video having never seen an RLCS game. Until Charlie bought out team queso and turned them into Moist, and was a fan ever since. Its cool coming back to watch this after being a fan of Moist and watching them win and major and finish runner up in their next one after Vatira left.

It’s fun to see people that would generally be “losers” have their moment and get crowd hype like that. Those kids will cherish that feeling likely forever, super cool seeing kids that otherwise seem like shut-ins and socially awkward rejects be the star of the show and be supported by their peers like that!
