Super loud high pitch machine behind Rainbo Records

This machine is behind Rainbo Records in Canoga Park. It sits along the Browns Canyon Wash and the noise travels down it like a speaker. My wife and I live in a town home within eye shot of this thing and it runs 24/7. When we open our windows or doors the noise comes flooding in. Not sure what it is but it's unbearable.

    That was the low water alarm for the boilers. It would come on whenever the boilers were shutdown for the weekend.
