There have been anti-gravity craft since at least the mid 60's. I saw one in the Catskills (NY) on a clear night from 100 feet away. It silently lifted off the ground, with no smell of exhaust, go from landed to silenty zig zagging away at Impossible speed without banking, or sonic boom. 30 years later, I read an account of exactly what I saw.
