I have had back and hip pain for over six years especially when walking. I have had two back surgery sense and could never find a good pair of shoes until I went to Fleet feet a few months ago. Do it! It’s the best decision I made.

planter fasciitis can often an immune issue which is why it went away while you were pregnant. Result of infections like lyme, parasites, etc.

My son is almost 4 and the only time I was away from him was when I had my daughter and was in the hospital. I feel your tears!!

You can keep unwashed chicken eggs on the counter up to two weeks if they're out of the sun! When you go to use then if you think they're not any good, put them in water in a bowl if they float, they've gone bad.
