Wiki:
Henrik Edward Larsson (Swedish pronunciation: [ˈhɛnrɪk ˈlɑːʂɔn]; born 20 September 1971) is a Swedish football coach and former professional player, who is currently the manager of Allsvenskan club Helsingborgs IF. He was known as an excellent striker whose main attributes were his goal scoring prowess and on-field intelligence.

Larsson began his career with Högaborgs BK. He moved to Helsingborgs IF, where he was one of the key players when they won promotion to the Allsvenskan in 1993. Larsson then moved to Feyenoord for four years before leaving in 1997. Next at Celtic he won four league titles in seven years. He was moved at the start of his second season there to be the focal striker rather than the supporting forward. This led to him scoring 242 goals in 315 competitive Celtic matches.

He moved to FC Barcelona in 2004 where he won two league titles and the 2006 Champions League with a pivotal two assists in the final. Following the expiration of his contract at Barcelona, Larsson returned to his hometown club of Helsingborg, and joined Manchester United on a brief loan between January and March 2007. He announced his retirement from football on 20 October 2009.

Larsson played for Sweden in three World Cups and three European Championships and is a former captain of the national team. He ended his international career with 37 goals in 106 matches. Larsson has also played competitive floorball since 1989.

In 2010, Larsson began his career as a football manager at Landskrona BoIS. He took over at Helsingborg in 2015, where his son Jordan is one of his players.

From a Rangers fan...I will ALWAYS have huge respect for this complete and utter legend of the game. 🔥❤
  • @BarneyBhoy88
Probably the best player I've seen at United, Rooney said he was his biggest influence, Fergie said if I could've got him earlier I would've. Henri know Larsson an absolute genius.

As a Swede, I would pick Henrik Larsson over Ibrahimovic everyday of the week. Ibra can score goals, but Larsson is a leader and a team player.

A great player and great goalscorer who scored great goals. But also a man who conducted himself impeccably and was always a credit to Celtic which is why he is so loved.
  • And for those dissing the list.....every Henke goal is a joy. Long live the king of kings.

This guy was the bane of my existence when he played for celtic in retrospect Scottish football was lucky to have a talent like larsson playing in our league and that's coming from a rival fan lol was actually pleased how well he done at barca and man u and proved just how great a player he was 👍

It's incredible to think that in the fairly recent past the Scottish game had Gascoigne, Laudrup and Larsson, how times change. It's difficult to rank those three players but considering everthing they brought to the game in terms of skill, work rate, team play and sheer professionalism I'd put Larsson ahead by a whisker. I'm a Rangers fan but that doesn't matter - the man was the best of the best.

Im FC Porto fan , i was a kid back them 10 years old but i remember quite well that in the 2003 Uefa finals, he was an asbolute beast. 2 goals in the final but porto still managed to go for the win

What a great player. Great finisher and a highly intelligent footballer. Loved him.

Henry summed him up! People always talk about Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto'o, Ludovic Giuly and everything, but I didn't see them today, I saw Henrik Larsson. He came on, he changed the game, that is what killed the game. Sometimes you talk about Ronaldinho and Eto'o and people like that; you need to talk about the proper footballer who made the difference, and that was Henrik Larsson tonight.
  • Great selection and nice music, very fitting tribute to an utter legend, Hail Hail The King of Kings!
  • The first two goals are more symbolically important than great ones. As Barca came to Celtic and he didn't celebrate his goal. And in Man U where he made an impact on the team including stars such as C Ronaldo and Rooney (when he was really good). My favourite is #5. Planning to hit hit it hard, but changes his mind in a milisecond when he sees where the goalie is. In my heart, there is also that goal in World Cup 1994... Larsson - King of Kings.

Man, that goal against Celtic hurt my wee green heart. I don’t even hold it against him. The man is a Celtic L E G E N D.
