The idea behind the project is viable, but the actual financial proposal amount to robbery without violence. Nobody l makes an IRR of 18% on infrastructure projects. Adani and co must not be allowed to rob our country. Let the project be competitively bid for . The same objective can be achieved at a fraction of the cost.This is not PPP but PPR ( public private robbery)
