I know very little Spanish, but I find your short stories the best way to learn the language. Thank you for making it easier.

You might want to check at the 12:33 timestamp, where the Spanish text on the subtitle does not match what the Spanish narrator is actually saying. The subtitle says, "Alex decidió a la última parte de la carrera," but the narrator says, "Alex decidió animar a su amigo a correr también." I think the narrator is correct and the subtitle is incorrect.
  • I am so proud because I just recently started with spanish and I got the sense of the story and understood whole sentences. Having quite a high level in italian probably helped 😊
  • I’m not total beginners so i find this video and pace perfect para mi! Gracias 🙏
  • I've been trying for a few months to learn Spanish with Duolingo. I have 170 consecutive days, and it is helping me. This story was quite a bit above my comprehension level, but I was able to understand the gist of the story! Thank you so much for speaking Spanish slowly! I know quite a few Spanish words, but spoken Spanish is very difficult for me to understand because of the speed at which it is spoken. I really appreciate your hard work to put this video together! Thanks again!

As a horror enthusiast, the eerie tone of the narrator had me anticipating a sinister twist. I expected either the friend to betray Alex or for Alex’s story to take a tragic turn. The suspense is palpable – creating short Spanish Thriller stories could be a great idea!😅

Both the voices for these should also be asmr videos. So soothing😀
  • @SigFigNewton
The implicit lesson repeated throughout that it is important to encourage others is just as strong as the explicitly stated lesson of it never being too late. ❤ To keep each other fully charged, some AAA vocab: Animar, to cheer Alentar, to encourage Apoyar, to support

IDEAS FOR STORIES: Fantasy and science fiction based, elves and dwarves and spaceship journey, adventure like Robinson Cruseau or Indiana Jones, and historical like medieval period with El Cid or Spanish empire, but more story and themes, and less history to avoid overloading lesson. Loved this video, thank you!
