I have never seen a man lose all respect, re-gain it, just to lose it ALL again within the span of a month. The fall, rise and fall again of J. Cole needs to be studied.

Rap fans are so overdramatic. 😂 Cole will be fine.

J Cole survived something no man could
  • @ghyprh
All Cole had to do was not apologize, go back and forth with Kdot, and not get personal with it.

Cole messed up by saying he is number 1 and backing out.. so now he can’t claim that title Drake and Kendrick were ready to risk their careers and to be number 1… you gotta have that spunk..

Yeah, this was really bad. Kendrick walks away with the crown.

J Cole realized he was being used by Drake the high school bully who always needs a backup and bowed out. He saw the light. Respect!

Damn it's like Cole traumatized and witnessed a murder wtf happened behind the scene lol
  • In my eyes, J. Cole lost no stock. Hip Hop needed to be medicated. Cole assisted the doc by not hindering the treatment.
  • Yeah where Cole placed himself ina corner is by stating for years he’s the Ali of rap. Well one thing Ali never did was back down from a fight he asked for.

J cole an 8/10 but his fans act like hes a 10/10 rapper

First Person First might of been the worst business decision cole and drake made.
  • I THOUGHT THAT VERSE WAS SOME OLD FEATURE THAT SUCKED I DIDN'T EXPECT TO BE RECENT 😭😭😭😭😭😭

the problem Cole has is.... he is just not that guy. he's a great rapper. he's a great mentor and collaborator to the artists he signed to gis label. by all accounts he seems like a chill dude. but his music is just... not exciting. ive gone through his discography during this feud (i didnt really check for him before) and he's actually getting better and better as he goes on, but nothing abt his music is revolutionary or exceptional. it's good. even very good at times. but thats it. in hindsight his records actually dont hit as well because i already knew that, when push came to shove, he was not ready or willing to back up how hes supposed to be the greatest rapper alive.

Remember J. Cole slapped tf outta Diddy. That man has all my respect.
  • Kinda messed up to say, but Cole put himself in this position he's in now. And I'm not even talking about his apology. Out of the 3 of them J.Cole has been the one who have said he's the best over many songs over the years. Drake has said it before, Kendrick has said it before but Cole has said it more times than any of them. And building up to Might Delete Later it seems like the hunger was there. Was looking like he was planning on making this year his year. I respect his apology as a man but in the eyes of Hip-Hop you can't speak that strongly about yourself but back out when tested. He will remain one of the best to ever do it and you can't deny his penmanship but not a single soul wanna hear him say that he's THE best. One of the best but can no longer be the best.

Cole should have just went at Kdot leave the personal sht out
  • @Dhitro
    Certified Bogeyman have everyone shook!
  • I still maintain that the apology was the worst thing he could have done. This was right after might delete later and that project was all tough talk. The fall off was going to take the same direction but now he cant. Who is Cole without the tough talk? Inspirational youth pastor? A male version of ice spice? What... some much for being numero UNO...sad
