    Now thats what i call a proper ride, earned every penny of his riding fee. Miles ahead of a ride last week that some besotted folk got very excited about, Bowen didn't need a tiring pacemaker to come back to him to win and get him out of jail.

    I watched McCoy ride several horses hands and heels the near full race & still get it up to win. This one wasn't pushed along until the descent prior to the turn in. If the horse has loads in hand then they can make that much ground up no problem. Born Famous won last year's summer Plate under cobden under a similar ride. Had so much in hand he kept him out of trouble last before making solid ground on the turn in. 90+% horse each race.

    I actually stop watching on the turn in, called the horse and jockey, all kinds of obscenities, went to my account, and had a nice balance and was like, "This must be a mistake, lol
