    I was effected by, abuse, bullying, broken homes, car crashes, drug exposure as a child, siblings with severe trauma issues the list goes on.. Appreciate you talking about this.

    I can relate a lot, as you kind of know from our past communication. Dealing with ptsd is very difficult and along with depression it's even worse. Psychosis, nightmares, flashbacks. Even having suicidal or even for me, homosidal thoughts through psychosis.. Recently I have had weeks of nightmares after loosing a loved one through a very traumatic set of circumstances and at points I was indeed suicidal, I was also homeless, in horrible homeless accommodation etc.. still am but staying with gf... Etc. I can't explain properly on here but I fo appreciate you making this video, it is helping. Sending you all my best as always man. Much love
