3:36 Cousin, what I do to take care of myself is start my day with self-care. For me, that looks like waking up, praying, watching funny videos, working out, showering, and packing healthy breakfast and lunch. I do self-care first because, after a long day of mental health work, I am done and sometimes have nothing left for myself. Learning to prioritize self-care has improved my quality of life. Love you!❤
