This video shows the arrival on an international flight at Concourse E and the walk through the underground walkway to Concourse F where Customs and Passport Control / Border Protection are. After Customs we go to International Baggage Claim and then exit the secured area to the main arrival hall in the International Terminal. From the main arrival hall we go to International Hourly Parking.

Thanks, Brian. I've been that route many times and am always shocked that so many international flights still land at Terminal E, forcing passengers to walk the miracle MILE(s) to get to Customs in Terminal F. On the bright side, the exercise is quite welcome after so many hours flying across the pond.

Thanks for the great videos. Do you have one that shows how to pick someone up whoโ€™s arriving on an international flight? Or can you provide instructions I can give to my friend?
  • Everytime I go to an airport I have the hiccups ๐Ÿ˜‚

Thank you for this video. It will be my first trip to USA. Let me ask. I'll need to wait more than 9 hours in a connection there in Atlanta. At the end I go to the left to connection flights or I can go to the right and back later? Or I go to the right to check my baggage and then I can go outside the airport???

Another great video, Brian ๐Ÿ™‚ Looking forward to taking the trip myself on June 14th, but I'll be going to the left after baggage claim as I'll have to catch my connecting flight to Tampa ๐Ÿ™‚ Maybe I could shoot some footage of that route as I've not found anything on YouTube on that particular route ๐Ÿ™‚
  • In 2019, when I was returning back to Atlanta from Tokyo, I was able to get to ground transportation without going through customs since I was cleared in Toronto.

When are the bags checked? I always thought your bags had to be checked and gone through. When does this happen?
  • So needed - headed to Rome first time ever to Europe this July - so helpful as to what to expect. I plan on getting global entry - but I know we still have to go to the same places
