I am 71 years old, raised on a market garden farm (with cattle, chickens etc) and, it was not until I was 69 years old that I learned peppers are a perennial plant. Plant them in the garden in the spring, and put them in pots for the winter.

It's so funny how the cows dance and jump around when they get new bedding. They are like big dogs.
