Monaco is my favorite country in the world, but not for some of the reasons you may think. Firstly, I am impressed with its leader Prince Albert. He is not a figurehead like King Charles 111 of England. Prince Albert is in charge and nothing gets done unless he says so. There are approx 39,000 ppl living in Monaco and approx 8,000 were born there, so they aren't millionaires or billionaires. They are 9 to 5'ers like most people. He makes sure that they are looked after by giving them rent subsidies if needed or they also get preferential employment treatment. He makes sure they are looked after in this country of millionaires. Yearly, around the world, stats come out listing how many people live below the poverty level in each country. For Monaco it says N/A ( not applicable). No one in Monaco lives below the poverty level and there is no slummy part of the country and it's thanks to Prince Albert. BTW he is half American. Secondly it is considered one of, if not 'the' safest country in the world to live in. It is believed that every third person in Monaco is a millionaire or a billionaire. There are more billionaires living there than anywhere else in the world. There is approx 1 cop for every 70 people. Those cops do NOT take any shit from the rich folks. It is also considered one of the most beautiful countries in the world. The architecture is stunning. It is also a country that says come and walk the streets. There are many beautiful gardens and sites to see. There is almost always something going on in the form of entertainment. Needless to say the food is exquisite. The weather year round is just about perfect. In the summer it's around 75 degrees and the winters around 60 to 68 degrees. Here's the problem if you are thinking that you might like to live there. You need a huge wallet. If you want to become a resident you have to apply. One of the criteria is that you must have a bank account in Monaco AND you must have at least $ 500,000. in that account. If you would also like to become a citizen of Monaco that pretty much will NOT happen. Prince Albert is the person who says yes or no to citizenship and he rarely says yes because citizens (like I mentioned earlier) get perks that should not be given to someone who is simply rich. Right now there is a building project going on for 1000 apartments and villas to be completed in 2025. Apparently they were all sold out by mid 2022 by people buying from blueprints. It is a privately funded $ 2.6 Billion dollar project. So, do what I do, enjoy the video or if you're lucky enough, take a trip there. Enjoy. : ). P.S., I almost forgot to mention that Monaco is a tax haven. For it's citizens that means they don't see any money being taken from their paycheck for income tax. I can't even imagine what that would be like. For the rich it means they get to keep a lot of their money from deals they make plus their is no inheritance tax.

  • From mid 60s heard of Monte Carlo & it's country Monaco. Also saw it in James Bond movies -- yatches /casino + the famous marriage Betty Grace to Prince Rainer. But from this video I got a detailed outlóok of Monaco.
