  • This is THE BEST caulking video I’ve watched all day & I’ve watched quite a few to figure out WTheck I’m doing wrong & you are the one who covered it! Thank you!!🙏
  • A great instructional video on a caulking gun for guys like me. it may seem like a no-brainer for most, but for first time users like me, I found the little things to make my life easier with this tool! The tip about the tip-cutter hole is the first time I heard about it after watching several similar vids! I also appreciate you showing the types of caulking guns and their differences. Thanks!!

Love it. This is the most thorough and interesting thing I have ever seen . This guy is the real deal
  • Clear, concise and to the point. No fuss, just the facts. Thanks and Cheers from the Land Down Under.

Thank you so much. I couldn't squeeze those little tubes anymore, so my brother bought me a simple caulk tool. Your tutorial will help a lot.
  • This was so helpful. Thank you! First time homeowner learning about DIY.
  • I am gonna be using the tool for the first time today and this was a great tutorial. Thanks!!
  • This my first time using a chaulking gun, thank you so much for you tutorial. You explained it nice and clearly to follow step by step. 👍👌
  • Put a nail or screw in the end to seal the caulk and use again later so it doesn’t dry out. Also, there’s tools you can use to make a great line other than your finger like a Cramer Profiling kit. Great video! Thanks!!

Thank you sir! I have three caulking guns, one is rusted and not budging, the other is missing the plate, and the third one I just could not get it to engage once the tube was in. Your explanation of the ratcheting gun was just what I needed! (now if I can get it to dispense evenly rather than the big mess I made, or it doesn't dispense at all ha ha. One step at a time I guess). I like how clear you are, and you don't go too fast, which is so helpful.

Thank you for detail info. I never used this tool before which I am going to use today. I bought new house after a year, i see many places that needs reclacuking. You made ny day, god bless you
  • I appreciate the thoroughness of your explanations. This really is the best video, so far, because you don't assume people already know everything, and you explain important details a beginner NEEDS to know.
  • @dianev100
Thank you from a total novice. Good explanations from A - Z

Thank you so much. You defiantly made it easy for me . I was trying to use the caulking gun for my kitchen and couldn't get it work. Now I a pro..
  • @Rena_Rubles
Thank you so much for this video! I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't come out because I didn't know anything about the puncture tool, single woman, 1st time homeowner, learning everything from YouTube.
  • @jant596
This was so helpful. It's not as difficult as I thought it would be. My husband passed away a year ago so I am having to learn to deal with things around the house that he would have done. Thank you so much!
  • Thank you thank you thank you! I have the older style gun that I just purchased from Home Depot, and that thing was giving me the blues trying to figure out how to get the caulk to flow. There were no instructions informing you to turn that plunger to engage the ratcheting, but you just did!
