Notice the exemptions or exceptions... very clear in scripture
Matthew 19:9 - And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

Notice how many angry "Christians" show up in the comments trying to throw stones. They didn't even listen to the teaching because if they did the truth would have set them free. They can't even see they are just like the people Jesus rebuked. All those pharisees who wanted to stone the woman.... nothing about them is like Christ. That's all you need to know. The Bible says you will know them by their fruit. Most of the folks throwing stones in the comments lack Bible knowledge and understanding and also have no fruit. I say this.... pray about it for yourself and study and seek God. Don't listen to people in the comments who don't know what they are talking about. Many of them are bitter and jealous. It's that simple. Seek God for yourself. I am not calling Gino Jennings out at all. Someone made a video of me and him together so I am responding. Pastor Gino is cool with me

One thing about Pastor Jennings is that he isn’t bias nor does he add or take away from the Bible; which is why I respect him so much! It’s very hard to give up our fleshly desires and ways but spending hell in eternity will be harder. It’s hard to accept the truth but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s still the truth.

All I'm going to say is.... would it be ok if God broke his covenant with us? Think about divorce and remarriage from that standpoint.

I've been divorced 7 years now and yes, I get lonely amongst other things. I always questioned this remarriage thing and in April of 2020 as I was reading my bible God showed me it would be sin if I remarried. I would like to have my marriage reconciled and I do pray about it all the time. If God brings my husband back great and if He doesn't so what. I would rather suffer a little while here on earth than loose my soul for eternity. There will be no marriage in Heaven or Hell.

I can’t stand how people assume that just because someone knows the Bible and understands it, then “that must mean they’re perfect!! “!! Cmon now! Only God is perfect. We must try to follow his will and give it our best,, at the end of the day we are all human and very flawed. Only God can Judge us because he’s the only one who truly knows our hearts. Marcus I was married twice. Marcus you were saved when you were married before. I was saved when I was married to my first husband. I divorced my second husband because I was convicted in my spirit that I was living on adultery. Marcus we both are wrong and you know it. Pray and ask God to reveal it to you. Not only pray about it fast and pray. You know better. I could tell by the way you were talking, you are dealing with it in your spirit. Love you Marcus. We can't take a chance on our salvation and this situation is to risky to play with.🙏

I read a lot of these comments before I chose to give my understanding. My wife sent me this because I listen and respect Gino's understanding of the word. With that being said my wife divorced me and then we got remarried that was nothing but GOD. If I choose to marry again it wouldn't of happen because in my spirit I knew GOD didn't want that. Now knowing the word of GOD I made the right decision. GOD never wanted divorce man did so there is NO EXCUSE FOR DIVORCE. I don't know your situation but if you did so that's between you and GOD but it's clear to me you know what GOD meant and his words are true GOD bless you and one thing we must all remember is to PRAY AND REPENT CONTINUALLY.🙏🏽🙌🏽💯

Brother! Gods gifts are without repentance. just because God could possibly be using you in a certain way doesn’t mean your still not in proper alignment. The scripture is clear on divorce and it’s ok to know where you fell short but what’s not right is using scripture to justify your mess and make excuses..

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have we cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And he will reply “DEPART from me ye worker of iniquity” . God is literally the only one I know who will fire you and still have you work for the kingdom! The Bible is very clear about divorce and remarriage. If you commit adultery you are to remain divorced “single” or be reconciled with your spouse. And the only way to remarry is if your spouse dies. You can’t try to make the scriptures fit your sin! It is what it is. Be not deceived ! I’m praying for you Marcus and I hope the Lord opens up your heart, mind and spirit to receive the truth. God is not the author of confusion! You want to fulfill your lustful desires so you say your “okay” with God. As a born again, tongue talking sanctified women of the most high . You are WRONG .

Yeahh brother Gino speaks on alot of things that are very true. But he can be very radical about alot as well. His approach can come off very baptist religious style, rather than the spirit at times. He's still a solid teacher for the most part. But no one's perfect including him. Only the Lord is, which is why we ALL need him daily!
