There's already an "extended" video with 500k views of this, but I really can't stand the way it's cut, so I made this for personal use. EDIT: Stop subscribing lol It really makes me very happy people out there are enjoying this vid, but I seriously doubt I'll be making more like this soon!

When you install 300 mods for Skyrim and it doesn't crash
  • @quebec__12
When you stub your toe "The moment I realized the weakness of my flesh it disgusted me."
  • @RabbiHerschel
I work as a robotic welder. (Meaning I work with a robot, not that I am a robot, although that distinction is blurring more every day.) I may start playing this over a Bluetooth speaker to soothe the machine spirit.

"Have you tried turning it off and on again?" "OK... Have you tried burning incenses and lighting up candles around it?"

I know the irony of using a Mechanicus theme to work out, but this is oddly fitting for me and gives me focus.
  • "...So have you tried turning it off and on again?" "Yes, we've conducted the rite of the hard reset while requesting the Omnissiah's forgiveness for such a brutal affront to the machine spirit. We've burned the incense of restoration & lit the candles of guidance to placate the machine spirit, and even flicked an aspergillum of WD-40 at it. Please dispatch a tech priest to fix the printer"

Played this in my truck and the check engine light turned off. Thank you machine spirit.

When you appease the machine spirit of the printer and it actually works.

"There is no truth in flesh, only betrayal." "There is no strength in flesh, only weakness." "There is no constancy in flesh, only decay." "There is no certainty in flesh but death."

i was struck by a realization listening to this just now: i had a surgery which implanted a plastic ring into my cornea to keep it from deforming (keratoconus). I HAVE BEEN AUGMENTED. PRAISE THE OMNISSIAH.
  • @augustgurtisen
I just started playing this song and a wasp flew up to me. I pointed my speaker towards it, and it flew away. So, the Omnisaiah protects.

"... I am already saved, for the machine is immortal. Even in death, I serve the Omnissiah."

Doctor: "You got Athlete's foot, don't worry, very easily treat..." Me: "FROM THE MOMENT I KNEW THE WEAKNESS OF MY FLESH, IT DISGUSTED ME!"
  • My PC of 11 years died. I play this as I cobble together a machine out of 7 years old parts I literally had laying around. Omnisiah, grant me wisdom, strength and patience as I attempt to breath motive force back in to your long dormant child.

When your laptop isn't working so you pray to the Omnissiah as a joke but then it suddenly starts to work
  • @THENEW6
When I started playing Mechanicus, I started bowing to my laptop whenever I turned it on or off, as a funny internal joke because I was into the adpetus mechanicus' lore and all. Then I started caressing the steering wheel of the car, as a thank-you for taking me places. I started talking to my bike. Convincing my phone to run a taxing app. Before long, my respectful bow to my laptop started to become routine. I was actually glad I did it. Then it became a ritual. I genuinely bow to it now, to thank its processing power for the work I do and entertainment I consume. Machinery around me now is treated with respect and care. I clean my laptop every Saturday morning, and I'm just short of humming a hymn to the machine spirit within while doing so. Praise the Omnissiah.
