I use clipstudio since it has the gradient map function... uhh if you don't have that, i'd just use the hue,sat,brightness editor to change the colors and then mess with the hues with the different lighting (so making the lightest color yellow, the base blue, then the shadows like... green, etc.... go freaky w it and see what looks good)
