2 Challenges - 1 Playthrough. How to get both challenges at the same time. Once you eliminate the 2 snipers, you could skip straight to raising the alarm and force Novikov to start running. I killed the rest of the enemies for fun. If you don't kill the snipers though, they shoot you before he gets out of the building.
