Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi is on a three day visit to Pakistan. It's the first overseas trip by the Iranian president since his country launched a massive airstrike against Israel in retaliation for Israeli strikes in Damascus. The visit is being seen as an effort by Tehran to secure regional support.

    I am an Iranian student in the US. let me tell you my Pakistani friends, most of us go to Pakistan for our US visa. All my friends say Pakistan was the best time of their life, and that Pakistani people are crazy kind towards Iranians which is just fascinating to me. My colleague Umar, is from Lahore.     Beenish forgot to mention that this trip was planned way before the iran-israel conflict. The western eye always trying to look at everything from israel perspective. Beenish also too naive trying to put every scenario on the table. Western journalists are not that naive.
