The timing couldn't have been better. I just got my board exam results today and now my main focus is to get my life together after having whatever downfall I had last year.

As a man, I learned this from my father all you needed was his word do what you say and say what you do always arrive 10 to 5 minutes early for anything I’ve always had these principles I’ve always tried to treat people how I like be treated with respect never look down on a person.
  • Awesome video, Lana! I use google calendar as well, it's a lifesaver. I also liked your tip on a everything has a place. I put my wallet and anything I need when I leave the house in a decorative box near the door. Makes it easy! As for keys, we put in a combination lock on our door so we don't need keys! We don't drive much, but when we do, our cell phone is the key to our car. Anyway, love your tips as usual & keep being your awesome self!

I discovered your videos recently. Your voice is so calm, that I play your videos when I working at home for a better focus 😄👍

About the right time, always Lana. Summary of the above video and my experience. Yes, terminologies do make things complicated. Get rid of labeling things and yourself. Neat things make us calm, and I do this once in a while, declutter my phone, my room and bookshelf. And yes, it's been 1.5 years almost, without missing a single day of Journaling. Once in a while, give a treat to yourself. Appreciate yourself. I'm imperfect and it's OKAY. Have a backup plan, or be ready always. Mind make up is the key. Motivation seldom works for me but inspiration always do. Accept who you are and work on yourself, acknowledge your goodness and bad as well and keep working on getting better and better. Thank you Lana for being always there ! Stay Blessed! 🌸

The "Stop Waiting for Motivation" 11:45 section came at the perfect time. Recently I posted to my socials about this topic.
  • I'd have remained confused about why I'm feeling that you aren't looking as well (emotionally/mentally) as you generally do in your videos and why doesn't the energy feel the same, if I hadn't seen your instagram story today. Sending all the love and prayers for Fred, everything will get better soon. I know it must be very difficult for you, but please try to take care of yourself too ❤️

Hope little Fred gets well soon. Know how we worry when our fur babies aren’t feeling well 🐶 💖
  • Just yesterday I binged watched your videos and they felt like hug ❤ my birthday is on this Thursday and having no excitement around made me really sad, but listening to you made me calm ❤

Everything going into a calendar really changed the game for me. And, if you're having trouble getting started, it helped me to start with getting the 3 most important things I want to get done the next day. Pretty soon, I was using my calendar as one of my key organisation tools and my life was much better for it. Nice work, Lana :)
  • @erx88
The calendar part is actually what most business owners end up having to do to be able to organize their lives when things become overwhelming for the memory alone, success brings challenges, the greatest is being able to manage it properly... As for strengthening your memory, it's valuable to write things down, though improving one's actual memory through certain techniques is advisable as well, this is because the greatest thing one will remember in life is how to combine all the concepts you've learned, or at least remembered along the way, most of the time we understand after the fact of actually attaining the memory, ideas, and information that would be beneficial in everyday life, this is when innovation is created... Keeping track of the everyday is ok, though one should be in the habit of remembering the bigger picture of life...that will be unique for each person... I love you because I feel that you speak to me...babies and toddlers always say what they feel... -ER x
  • I am obsessed with hooks as a chaos diffuser. Thanks to your mom for spotlighting this overlooked but important invention. Happy Mother's day!
  • Hey, altho some of these are uncommon, they are really good advices! That “steer clear of labels” really works for me and I love how honest you are with saying that you’re not there yet, but you will be! “I want harmony, not perfection” is one that really hit me and was also a good way of finishing the video, especially because I either see people being wayyyyyyy too much on the routines or no routine at all. But this is a nice approach to make it disciplines yet flexible! Thanks for the tips, lana! <3
