My dog follows me inside the house nonstop but I guarantee you if I accidentally let go of his leash he’d run off to the sunset without a second thought 😅

I love how you explain WHY the dog does/feels what he does. It really helps to be more patient with them rather than getting annoyed.

I'd like to see this done with a dog that is experiencing separation anxiety already, This dog appears well trained calm & not anxious one bit.
  • I'm a senior and have a little terrier, I take her with me shopping, and everywhere. 24/7 we are together. Last evening I had to attend a meeting that she was excluded from for approx. 2 hrs. for the first time in over 6 months we were separated. I came home she has scratched at my door and door frame to the point of damaging her paws, it broke my heart and it took me the rest of the evening to calm her down. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.

The moment when you realise Cesar Millan is now training millions more humans than dogs.......mind blown!

Thank you, Cesar, I used your method and trained my dog for 6 weeks. Now she has overcome separation anxiety ❤
  • My son’s lab had terrible separation anxiety so I took the easy way out. I bought a huge kennel and adopted him a friend. Now they hang out in the kennel together when we have to leave and he is calm, never tries to bust out or chew up the tray. Ha! Not a solution everyone can use, I know. Worked like magic, though.😅
  • Thank you for watching! Let me know what you think of the video and what else you would like to learn. Wishing you a week of safe, peace, and love. ❤️

This is why Cesar is the best. With people slowly transitioning back to their regular schedules, the timing of this video is amazing. Thanks so much!

I don't do single dogs anymore. I get so much more out of my dog's love for each other and watching them play. I can leave knowing they are content in each other's company and I return to such a calm, content energy. I'd never go back to having a single dog.

This is why I set boundaries. My gf thinks I’m mean but she doesn’t understand. I make them sleep in their own beds, I don’t constantly cuddle them or allow them to follow me everywhere. They are very well behaved and friendly dogs.
  • Cesar is simply the best. I could listen to him talk about dogs all day.
  • Holy cow!! It actually worked. My dog has been suffering with separation anxiety for the last few months. She always is chewing on things she’s not supposed to and we have to put her in the crate when we leave. Today we left her out and did your tricks. And for the first time she did nothing! She was laying down on her bed where we left her. Gone for two hours. Thank you so much I appreciate it!!

Please do more of these separation video. More with other dogs... not your dogs.
  • I just tell my dog that I have to go to work and he instantly goes into chill mode. We're kind of inseparable otherwise...he's crazy intuitive, loyal and trusting. Can't express my gratitude enough for him. ❤

I don’t think my dogs has the anxiety separation, it’s me.
  • So I watched this for the lesson, I will watch again and again to admire and take design ideas from his home
  • This video helped me SO MUCH with my dogs separation anxiety. We started to do Point of Interest training around the house throughout the day and incorporated that with what we were doing before (leaving the house, coming back in and rewarding if she is calm and stays put). BOOM! HUGE difference! Now we can leave the house for 40min and she is relaxed, stress free and calm. Working up to 1 hour and then multiple hours! Thank you Cesar!!

I’ve been practicing this for a few days and I can say my dog is getting better. Now I’m leaving her alone on purpose, everyday for a bit longer, and she is not barking anymore. Thanks for the video!
