I knew what she meant when talking about waking up call. It is natural for majority of people of her age. She is brave indeed in pointing out the facts of burningout and stress in open without knowing consciously that in both US and China, achievement orientation does frown upon such observation and attitude as to acknowledging personal failure in physical terms.
