For what it’s worth, I’m a 58 year old composer from Houston,Texas with a degree in songwriting from Berklee College of Music in Boston (89). In my opinion, this guy is Mozart level - NO exaggeration. Absolutely phenomenal. Makes me wish I was a Swede instead of a Texan. LOL

This guy is one in a billion. He is as good of a singer as you can see him here at keys
  • He’s finally getting big recognition with this one, he’s not a mainstream music composer so this hopefully will boost his popularity
  • I have always wondered if the original artists watch these and think, damn, I have to get a hold of this person and work with them. One of my most favorite YT channels.
  • He approaches it like a songwriter/composer and not just a time to show off his chops, which shows his maturity. The chops and reharmonizations compliment the song instead of getting in it's way.

Imagine this video being your first exposure to Jonah and being unaware of how insane of a vocalist he is too
  • Jonah is so utterly talented . This video is too short lol . I NEED MORE!
  • Jonahs musicality is out of this world. When someone can make me like a song more than the original... Congrats!
  • @person3538
Damn he is so funny!! As a fellow Swede I feel pretty patriotic watching this 🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪
  • Now that Jonah and Jordan Rudess have both done videos with y'all, you've gotten the keyboardists from BOTH my favorite bands...can't wait to watch this one!
  • He was so excited when he realized he'd predicted those high staccato synth chord hits 💡
  • This level of musician is just awesome. Please bring us more from Jonah!

This is one of my favorite series on YouTube. Great hosts, always uber talented guests that inspire, and each episode has its own flavor. Keep up the great work Pianote. As a self taught player that goes at my own pace, you guys keep me excited everyday to learn a little more.

Refined and tasteful. Little nuggets of harmonic brilliance scattered around. 10/10
