4:30 in the Blighted Village, you can actually find what I believe is the kids mother, in the house with the three ogres, they’re eating a female tiefling that is the same subrace as this kid and has an identical locket I don’t remember what it’s engraved with though, I haven’t gone back to see what happens in this interaction if you have that locket since all my saves from before it got deleted to make space and I had already destroyed the grove (bad guy tav playthrough) before I found it, but if you want to find out for yourself, please come back and let me know how it goes.

You can push the Toll lady out a window it will bring her down to 10-30 hp. Also there's no need to get the mace from that guy in such a risky convoluted way, simply click on the trade icon on the bottom left corner while speaking to him BEFORE you accept his beating.

You can make the priest hit you with his fists if you make him drop the mace AFTER accepting to be beaten. I have managed to do that in my 2 playthroughs and is the best way to get the mace AND prevent major damage from him.

The damage isn’t even that bad tho… My most recent playthrough I had a constitution of 8, did it with my armor on, and just purposely failed all the constitution rolls, and I got the buff. He called my cries “soft and sweet” which was kinda….👉👈🥴
