Can I Get No Incidents as a Rookie in iRacing?

Published 2024-05-01
As a Rookie in iRacing, it can be hard to keep your incident levels down each race due to the multiple crashes and varied skill levels in every race. In order to get my Safety Rating up and be promoted to a D Class Licence next season, I really need to improve on my clean racing and get 0 incidents. Can I do it? How do you do it? Join me and let's find out together.

As always, I had a load of fun with this so if you are interested in seeing more sim racing content like more iRacing, other sim racing games, sim racing set up videos, or reviews of sim racing gear, then please subscribe and let me know in the comments below!

  • Great to see someone else who doesn't just find road course driving piss easy! Ovals just work so much better for my brain.
  • New SUB here, very funny, yet tragic stuff! Did you notice that when you had the lead but spun out, Alexandru said "Thanks!" on the race chat as he passed you? And later, Julien just torpedoed you. You gave the driver plenty of warning, but they chose to murder you. Same thing that happened to me today at Tsukuba in the Formula 1600! I couldn't believe it. Despite the tragic ending, good race.

Comparing to your older videos, it's crazy how much more smooth you are on the controls these days 👍
