Link literally canonically has super-human reaction speed and reflexes, so he must've been REALLLY distracted to get hit by that ball

Seriously, Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom actually makes care a lot for Link and Zelda. These two are my favorite of all their incarnations.

It's been a while but no one pointed out how the way these two meet in this vid is akin to how they met in the actual game Link was able to save Zelda from a stray guardian shot by parrying the beam, and here he saved her from the stray ball

I normally don't like modern Au's, but coming to this one its so cute and refereshing. The transition to what they would be like isn't jarring and show cases slice of life without it being pandering. I like this!
