    The middle east has the right to defend itself against violent zionist colonialism. Israel created this mess when they colonized Palestine displacing and excluding the people there from their homes and land. Colonized people always fight back. Israel cannot achieve its goal of eliminating resistance as colonized people always fight back and Israel cannot kill them all. If Israel is to survive, Israel must change. The age of colonialism is over regardless of how desperately Israel fights to maintain it in Palestine. Although there is plenty of red paint throughout this conflict, the fact remains that the pre-eminent obstacle to peace is Israel's colonisation of Palestine. Israel can not win against the changes of the times we are now in. There is no going back to a time when colonialism was seen as acceptable or even as being positive.
