It's funny how people don't read ..it clearly says NFL ..So until 1970 don't ask about your current afc teams

I like that you put the US Navy Anchors Away song. Brings me back memories from boot camp.

To all y'all pointing out the AFL teams: The AFL was a separate entity in the 60's until it merged with the NFL in 1970. Hence the Broncos, Pats, Dolphins, and all the rest weren't part of the NFL until the merger. It's the same reason the Browns & 49ers didn't appear until 1950 even though the AAFC was formed in 1946. Great video btw. I like how the Dallas star looks like a flashing sign after 2000.
  • The song here is the 1921 classical recording of Anchors Aweigh for those wondering

Just skipped right over the Jacksonville Jags, unbelievable.

My high school football field was the same field that the Rock Island Independents played on. Browning field in Moline, Illinois.

Why does the fkn dallas logo keep changing! My inner OCD is so annoyed lol
  • The LA Buccaneers were actually a travelling team based out of Chicago. The big dogs of football in LA were the LA Bulldogs who played in the Pacific Coast Football League and the LA Dons of the All-American Football Conference

This guy deserves a lot more subs than he has that’s for sure.

Pretty cool wish the logos were bigger to see them, never really thought about it—how much the nfl teams are on the east coast...

The Buffalo Bisons name is still used as it is the name of our farm team. We have every sports team except a basketball team since the braves moved.

lol being born and raised in colorado and also a broncos fan, this map really put in perspective how far the nearest city with an nfl team is.
