The look of pride that Scott has when he says “Have you met my wife?” is perfect.
-
so happy the dialogue isn't "dumbed down for kids."
-
“Have you met my wife?” CLASSIC (90s) LINE RIGHT THERE, EVERYONE.
-
The fact that they brought back the Cerebro theme is the cherry on top.
-
The chanting in the vision is the opening lines of Ace of Base “Happy Nation” that plays in episode 5 😮
-
Tolerance is extinction. Damn, that cartoon got way too serious there.
-
Wow that looked like something out of Oppenheimer. With MasterMold calling himself death and everyone daying in a flash of light.
-
Gyrich may be just an ordinary human sitting across from a weather goddess and a guy who can punch you with his eye beams, but he’s honestly the scariest person in the room, even when he’s locked up in prison. Constantly keeping Gyrich’s eyes covered by Gendo Ikari glasses is such a subtle, yet effective and unsettling design element that ironically separates him from his humanity.
-
The fact that this guys is voiced by the same guy who voiced Natsu is insane.
-
When you think about, Gyrich is just straight up racist to mutant.
-
To think Gyrich is voiced by Todd Haberkorn. And he is slaying at the role.
-
Holy $hit! Rewatching this after episode 5 and getting all the foreshadowing in "Jean´s" vision.
-
Who would have knew "Tolerance is extinction" went too far beyond everyone's imagination
-
Man ... animation for Western and Eastern has really been awesome with color and lighting . Everything is poppin.
-
That is a threat. If I heard Jean Grey was invading my mind, I would spill everything
-
I remember Henry Gyrich from Avengers EMH and he's not a nice guy either. Plus no one respects him during the Skrull Ship escape.
-
This hits different after episode 5.
-
I hope we start using this palette again. Its seriously layered with style and is fresh in so many ways.
-
Funny how in one moment Scott proved why humans should fear mutants 😂

I’ve been waiting years for this moment…
