my favourite thing about Mumbo's town build is that it feels like a visual representation how you remember an old town you visited as a kid. All the small and specific details of places you went and the names of a few strangers you met are all there but the actual layout of it all was forgotten or never remembered in the first place. the landmarks all twist together in a way that feels real but in a way that mirrors how it was stored in your brain, rather than what the actual town looked like

I like how Joel's base is basically a city, while mumbo's is that run down part of the city that no one talks about

I like the idea that in that little area by willy's, you build a tree stump -- which is not the first tree that willy cut down, but the first one that he mad a spoon out of. Just a thought that popped into my head :)

I think a perfect thing to go in that spot in front of the storage would be a fountain that doesn't work and has plants grown over it.

I love how this year so many hermits are not building giant huge megabases and are instead focusing on community. This season is really special.

12:07 Vanilla tweaks -> resource packs -> fixes and consistency -> iron bars fix :) If you didn’t know it was a project Xisuma started on and it’s rly helpful. Also lots of other fun and convenient stuff in there including helpful redstone textures

the bases on magical mountain are in different times of existence with pyramids, fisherman, old shops, mid cyberpunk, cyberpunk

21:05 I love the idea of an old Van that is so rusty and over grown!!! You can definitely fit a cute van there without overcrowding. Especially with the greenery. It’ll be so cool
