Credit must go to Michael Parkinson for allowing Dame Edna to completely take over his show, I have lost count how many times I have watched this clip. hilarious and makes me feel so good inside

My gynecologist looked up this morning...... He can hardly stifle his own laughter at that point. 2 absolute legends together. I don't know how many times I've watched this clip and never fails to have me in stitches. We will miss you both so much. Rip Barry and Michael, the world will never be the same without you both.

What I most love about this is the way Dame Judi & Sharon kick off their shoes, sit as though they're in their own sitting rooms, and just allow themselves to be entertained. Not only does it speak volumes for Dame Edna's abilities as a guest, but it's an extremely generous gesture from them to acknowledge the skill of that performance.

RIP Barry Humphries (February 17, 1934 – April 22, 2023), aged 89 And RIP Sir Michael Parkinson (March 28, 1935 – August 16, 2023), aged 88 You both will be remembered as legends.

His wit was marvellous, so fast. The pauses, just genius. Rest in Peace, you wonderful person.

Never have I seen a comedian completely own an audience like Dame Edna. She has no peer and no equal. And no other male comedian worldwide has dared create their own Edna. You just can't replicate perfect.

Utter genius. The timing is perfect. I have watched this so many times I almost know it off by heart. And there has been no greater chat show host than Michael Parkinson. He let his guests shine.

Simply the best. The skill of tearing into someone without being course and rude is a skill very few modern comedians have.
