Putting the ingredients onscreen would be a big help. Everything looks delicious though.

One of the first things I noticed is how clean and orderly everything is. Food is not sloshed and wasted all over the place. That's the main grip I have with most wok cooking videos. I would never eat anything from most if not all street wok food venders.
