I knew something was up when it said that CBS Studios suffered a fire back in 1967 that destroyed a Star Trek episode. Only one problem: Back in 1967, Star Trek was an NBC television show. 💫

This video came up in my suggestions and I was like "OMG, an episode I've never seen before? Fantastic "! Then I read the intro and saw the date/age not being correct and decided to read through the comment section. Thank you to everyone who did try to watch it and warned the rest of us.

My first thought was: If the film was burned in a fire, why not refilm the episode? Why put all that money into creating an entirely new episode? Started watching this and thought: Why coukdn't this be the lost episode that was burned in a fire.

The lost episode is when Kirk is comforting Spock over the devastating news on the results of Spock's latest Kolinahrscopy

Would have been hysterical if they have compiled an entire episode from scenes in which no was speaking.

If this had played during intermission at a drive in early 70's, I would have left without waiting for the 2nd show!!
