I wish you could come to my house and help us with our parenting because after I watch these I feel like I am doing everything wrong! 😫 Your videos are so informative I just struggle with application and the patience to be consistent

Trying to work through things with the 3yo that I nanny full time. Your video is helpful in the way that it informs parents/caregivers about what certain ages are/aren’t capable of understanding, which helps the way we can respond and handle certain situations. Thank you!

  • Wow. This was so insightful. Hopefully I’ll remember to apply this when I am in this situation with my 3 year old and 10 month old. We struggle with aggression in my 3 year old.
  • More tips for twins please, ours are 3 and a half and never got into conflicts( with each other) until now!
  • My daughter is throwing fits. Great. I know she is trying to assert autonomy, but, actually her behaviour is more honory than before. I want to know what is the best approach, before I mess her up on accident. Help!!

I think your wrong when you said 3 year old is the age when they start understanding. I think it depends on the parenting style and the parent. Children are very clever they'll try to trick parents so starting from when they turn one they'll learn a lot and be aware before the turn 3. My daughter is 2 and she knows most things and trys getting smart with me especially when I take her to the park she tries taking another kids ball and when I tell its not hers she goes and gives it back. Its all about teaching your child and don't wait till the child is 3 before you start teaching them all those things.
  • my child is 3 years old and she's been super cranky and throwing fits if she don't get what she wants & now she starting to hit me I don't know how to control this situation I try not to get frustrated with her but she screams and yell if I tell her to take a bath or if i tell her no she just throws a fit I've tried everything I can and it seems like nothing i do helps does anyone have any advice
