"পরিপত্রটা বাতিল করা হয়েছে এটা উনারা খুব পছন্দ করেছেন" এইটাই ছিল এত ঘটনার মুল কারন। এই আন্দোলন না হলে সরকার আপিল ই করত না আর করলেও সাজানো একটা আপিল করে হাইকোর্টের রায় ই বহাল রাখত।
