How I Lost 50 Pounds

If you are not going to watch all of this video, because you lack the control of your attention span it is probably better if you do not watch any of this video. Just continue eating junk food and stop wasting time. If you don't have control over your attention span how then will you have control over your eating habits? There is a reason why so many people are obese and why many others just slip
back to gaining more weight than they lost. The weight loss, healthy eating lifestyle might not be for you.

I graduated high school weighing 140 pounds. After serving in the military I found myself to be ill and saw my weight fall to 125 pounds. After becoming a 175 pound competitive bodybuilder my weight ballooned to 245 pounds over the course of 20 years. I have slowly lost 50 pounds over the past 2 years. I am now just over 195 with a preliminary goal of 185 pounds. In this video I give a description of how I did it.
