    Here is a two week split I am having a lot of fun with. Train 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, weekends off. Week 1: Mon: Push, Abs Tues: Quads Wed: Pull Thurs: Hams, Calves Fri: Push, Abs Week 2: Mon: Pull Tues: Quads Wed: Push, Abs Thurs: Hams, Calves Fri: Pull Upper Body gets trained every 4-5 days Lower Body gets trained every 7 days
