  • If a job can "let you go" for any reason without warning, then you should be able to quit without warning!
  • @rickDArula
Nothing is more liberating than quitting a job you don't like
  • @michalyne
When your business model is to pay employees peanuts and treat them like garbage don't be surprised when they leave.
  • @Delta5x7
I love seeing corporations suffer, even if it's only minor
  • @Montesama314
You show people they're expendable and replaceable, then some will realize, "okay, replace me."
  • @madmanszalinski
"Nobody wants to work anymore..." "Nobody wants to work FOR YOU anymore."
  • @FlyntofRWBY
I almost quit my job recently. They constantly treated me like I was replaceable. Put in my two week notice, only for them to beg me to stay. Managed to squeeze a 15% raise outta them to get me to stay. Funny thing is, while they’ve certainly extended my stay, Im going to continue looking for another job, and now that I make more, I can use my higher wage to negotiate better wages elsewhere.
  • @BravoRox
When a gallon of milk is nearly cost half of your hourly wage. Rethink how they should be treating you.
  • @hampoon
Companies: “it’s a free market, if you don’t want to get paid minimum wage then don’t work here” Companies when no one works for them now:
  • @Brianna_Rain
It’s not always about money. Some jobs are just so miserable they are not worth a pay check.
  • @derrick1288
This is great, we got to stop working for employer's who don't care about us.
  • @alisoncanty5660
The bottom line is this: You cannot live on one full-time minimum wage job.
  • Some of us absolutely love working, but not being understaffed, underpaid and overworked. As well as being treated like literally human garbage by both management and customers.
  • @tomfoolery2964
Can't blame the burger king people, probably costs more driving back and forth than they make.
  • I’ve worked in food service my whole life and it felt so good to finally put my two weeks in a few days ago. Starting a new job at a warehouse and for the first time, I’m gonna have access to health insurance and dental insurance.
  • @xtheeauthor4498
Whenever we the middle class to lower class people come together, we are unstoppable. It has ALWAYS been a class battle!
  • @EM33700
It's almost like people finally figured out how soul crushing some of those jobs are.
  • Remember: People rarely quit their jobs. More often than not they quit their bosses.
  • @wrektem240
Maybe because the cost of living is going up, pays staying the same. We’re over worked and under paid.
  • @calcm7496
I love that the comments section is driving further from politics and closer toward blaming the cause, employers and pay are things we can address
