"lowering prices" all companies do this, but only AFTER artificially inflating the prices.

We'll increase prices by 500%, then reduce it by 50%!

They can certainly afford that with how little they pay their employees and how they cut corners. Worked at Target for a short period of time, and it was hell. Wage and hour violations, safety violations, managers physically grabbing employees and yelling at employees in front of customers, they cut our hours down to almost nothing and still expected us to complete the same workload, and "pay raises" of 8 pennies were given to all employees. Complaints to corporate went unaddressed, meaning the company endorses such behavior. Will never give my money to a company like that.....even with lower prices.

I went in this past weekend, it had been years. The prices are too high and will continue to go to Walmart & Aldi.

This is how you know they’ve been price gauging us the entire time. They could have dropped prices or kept them the same the entire time. I say take them out of buisness 🤷🏽‍♂️
  • Retailers have been raising prices partly bc they think they can get away with it. Now the trend is starting to turn.

They said last month they were lowering prices . Where is it? I don't see it.

Trying to regain customers after they pulled a Bud Light move that cost them huge losses.

Who still falls for gimmicks like this Target scheme? If their customers are this gullible they deserve what they get, which is old, tired and dishonest.
  • If target can afford to lower the price as they are claiming then what was the profit margin before this sudden case of corporate generosity. It begs the question don't you think.

I work in the grocery business and trust me when I tell you target is just more expensive than. They’re just cutting back the profit margin on certain items that will bring people in the store but once you’re there you end up buying something else that they upped the margin on all evens out at the

I don't buy stuff unless it's a loss leader or heavily discounted with sales plus coupons.
