From my work in a pharmacy (and preparation of a lot of antibiotic syrup) I can give a tip. Mix the powder with an eighth of the amount of liquid in the container. Even a tablespoon or 2 will do. After the powder is well absorbed and is no longer visible - only then add the rest of the liquid. It works, always.

Age 76 with knee pain and degeneration for 20+ of that. Started Orgain collagen from Costco 3 weeks ago. After a couple weeks I bent my knees to the sidewalk and when l got back up I noticed my knees were not screaming at me like they had any other time in the past 20 yrs. I think it was because of the collagen.
  • I have been putting a scoop of Trader Joe’s chocolate Keto Collagen in my morning coffee every day for at least 8 months. I have absolutely no doubt it is working on my skin and joints. My daughter hadn’t visited in a while, and after I’d been drinking this for 6 months or so, she visited and marveled at my lack of wrinkles. And once again, after decades, we were confused as sisters when we went out together. I’m 69. She’s 43. TJ’s collagen is grass fed bovine and MCT oil derived. It is sweetened with stevia leaf.

I'm pretty sure that collagen helped me with my postpartum hair loss that lasted for almost 3 years after pregnancy. If someone is struggling with this issue, give collagen a try!

Can you get to the point quicker?

5 YEARS using Vital Proteins bovine collagen. It has made a HUGE improvement in skin, hair growth, nails and joint pain (take 5 days a week in protein smoothie). The only side effect I experience is it can be gassy at night. Worth it not to have joint pain & clear skin :)
  • I had hair loss and my floors looked like I had a long hair shedding pet. No just me. Have taken Vital Protein for 7 months and I have keep having hair cuts to level out all of the shorter new hair growth. No more extreme hair shedding and trying hairdos that cover up balding patches.❤

I’ve been a silent fan for a while, but I have to say that I really appreciate your videos. Your honest opinion on skin care is so refreshing ! I love that you’re not selling, simply educating and helping us out. Thank you so much 💗
  • @wdshooter
I have been using the vital protein collagen in the blue container for about 3 months. I started taking it for joint health to help with my arthritic knees. After one week I noticed significant reduction in knee pain and has progressed that now I’m pain free most of the time. An added plus is I have seen a nice change in my skin especially my face and hands. Happy to see you recommend this product!
  • I use Whole Body Collagen from Designs for Health. It’s expensive, but it contains Verisol, Fortigel and Fortibone for skin, joints and bone.
  • @michy2630
Truly LOVE that you did your own research and are showing us products you researched and now use for your own health. Thank you so much.

Interesting. I will stick to my home made broths. They work very well for me - vegetable, bone, fish and chicken. And I like the versatility I add to them to make them more effective in certain areas. For instance, one batch might have more turmeric and black pepper to get greater inflammation fighting and liver cleansing properties.
  • @anitamiko9975
I’m so glad you highlighted Verisol. I’ve heard other doctors mention it but I never knew the reasoning. This is the best collagen video! Thanks for all your research
  • @azamlaleh
I took the skin boost for three months after I watched this video, I can't say I saw any difference in my skin or hair, but it relieved the tendon/joint pain (back &knees) that I had been suffering for months before (though not resolved). However, I had to stop using them as soon as my GYN told me my uterine fibroids have grown again faster than expected. Funny I know, I took them for skin and they helped with a second problem and worsened a third one 😅
  • @sandrenestage
I’ve been drinking this collagen powder for almost 2 weeks. I can see my nails are strong and shiny. My hair looks shiny and I see less hair fall. And my skin is so clear. I am so surprised by the fast results. I will continue using the product. Thank you so much !!!
  • I purchased the frother, bottles and collagen powders from Amazon… I love everything I purchased. The frother makes it so easy to mix! The lemonade açaí powder Is the bomb!!
  • So happy to see a positive review for Sparkle! I have the Sparkle collagen- both the Skin Boost and the one for tendons and joints. I haven't had it for long so can't comment on any changes. I got the unflavored which I mix into bone broth (got that tip from a comment on a different post). I can't taste it in the bone broth and like that it's mixed with a natural food-based collagen source.

I’ve been taking collagen supplements for a few years - I never really thought about what it was doing, just sort of have been taking it in case. But now that I think about it this might be part of why I’m 36 and mostly people think I’m about 28/29
  • @proudmama2006
I would love to see some before and after pictures after consistent use. 🙏🏼
  • @MrLebro11
Well timed. I’ve been looking at amping up my collagen with a power form but just got so overwhelmed with what was on the market . Thank you for doing a deep dive.
