  • My goodness. I have been very busy most of Dec and Jan with work and trying to pray on things. I felt God move me away from one thing, and that greatly improved my well-being. I know God has a deep plan for me, and I must have ait until He's ready for the next phase. I was hoping it was time for a path I want, but God knows much more. Once I released my burden of the path I wanted and allowed God to guide me down my current path, my stress has depleted. As such, I'm playing catch up on my YouTube channels I enjoy. With this being stated, I watched this video, Amy Darley and a few others. You all motivated me to deep clean my office room in my house. The look had been weighing on me, so I did something about it. It's not finished, but it is started. As I gently work on it, I'm feeling more and more at peace and a stronger desire to go into the office as to be productive. I'm just grateful to God for his guidance and blessings. I'm also so thankful my channels I watch have peaceful and calm (as well as Christian / or any peaceful religion) for me to follow with. Thank you for creating this video and being calm, warm, and inviting. Be blessed Jenny! ❤️❤️
  • I saw a great tip the other day for the tops of cabinets. Put newspaper on top of the cabinets to collect the dust and grease that settles there. Makes it so easy to clean when you do your deep cleaning.

I bought the bottom piece of a dish drainer fom the Dollar Store and store my 4 slice toaster on it. It catches the toaster crumbs beautifully.

Hi, I’m a new subscriber, I’m Connie from South Australia. I’m watching this in the evening before bedtime to inspire me to get some things done tomorrow. Hubby and I are in our seventies so we are retired but still as active as we can be given our age and dodgy knees etc. I was drawn to your channel because of your using cleaning as therapy. Have never thought of it that way before and it was a lightbulb moment for me. I have depression and anxiety, mostly managed by medication but the anxiety spikes when I get behind in the house, so I’m grateful to have found you!
  • Thank you for showing cabinets with crumbs. So often cleaning videos don't show real life. Life is messy when you have a family.Very inspiring video. 😁💜
  • I literally just learned that my problem with maintaining a clean home is not my organization but that we have too much stuff. 🤯 so I’m starting at the very beginning. Eight years in our home, three kids later and things just multiplied! I’m so excited to be on this decluttering journey!
  • @terrie8827
I was searching “clean with me” videos for inspiration and found yours. I watched this one while folding laundry. Now I’m going to declutter my kitchen! Most “clean with me” videos have loud, head-banging music 😣 I love your soft background music and soothing voice 😌 Thank you!
  • I opened my closets in 2018 to put away Christmas Stuff. There was no room. I didn't know what was in there. Now in 2023 and 53 years old. I have sold, donated and thrown away so much stuff. We became very frugal and have paid off our FARM in 2020. We also paid off all Credit cards. It truly made us aware of our spending habits. A plus side you become a MINIMALIST not realizing it. We don't at all feel deprived but FREE. THANKS to you and other channels I stay motivated. Rhonda from TN 🌻👩🏼‍🌾🌻
  • RE: the blue Pyrex storage containers. I notice you put the lids on them snd then stack them. I learned putting the lid in to store makes lose its seal ability. It’s best to put all the lids together as you use them. It won’t stretch out the seal ability of each piece! I learned the hard way it tended to stretch out the lid so it didn’t seal as well!! Best choice to use Pyrex over plastics due to the issues w/ plastics causing exposure to tumor causing components! Carry on.. thought I’d share on the dealing issue!
  • Have been organising all my life! I find it soothing to clean and move things around making things more efficient. The decluttering part started with my yoga teacher training. As we were learning about living with less, I felt the need to have a good sort through. 5 years on I am still paring things back and find myself surprised how much I'm still letting go! I have been doing a room/part of a room each day I've had a spare hour since the start of the year. Taking down the Christmas decorations spurred me on to reset. Using this month as a no spend and use it up reset has helped massively this year too as I'm freeing up spaces quicker with no waste. Feels sooooo good having the house deep cleaned!
  • Not currently decluttering my apartment, just sitting and watching for ideas. I just say, I am very jealous of how much space you have!!!!
  • I started big massive purge from 1 Jan. I now have not a single thing in my house to declutter! Not one! Not exaggerating even. My first time of such a big project- whole house purge and I’m supremely pleased . I will do this every month now. PS- just found you today and loving it!

January is usually my month to declutter. This year it was two kitchen cupboards, our pantry closet, and our storage room that is built onto our home. In the storage room I just needed to go thru all of my holiday/seasonal decor and put all of the Christmas decor in new bright red bins. I have my spring decor in a large pink bin and in the Fall I will put my Fall decor in orange bins. Last April I did a whole house declutter, doing one room every month. This has saved me so much time and trouble finding things, and decluttering since has been very, very easy. Have a lovely day!🥰❄☃🌷💗✝
  • Hi Jenny.... I'm riding my stationary bike as I watch you. I love to clean and declutter. I find that it is very relaxing to me. Lol. My mom always said since I was little....you can have a clean neat house but if your closets and drawers are messy then the whole house needs attention. So I have always done that. You did a great job!! Thanks for sharing. I just bought those Anchor Hocking glass bowls with navy lids. Love them. Blessings ❤️
  • The measuring spoons take valuable time hunting for them!! SUGGESTION: in the container you use most often… & add one set hung by hooks on the door itself labeled so it’s easiest to grab the right size first time! Also.. if you have a daughter learning to cook… bake… start her a set of cook/ baking items before you give to charities.. also let friends and family grab first..then donate to a baker that does baking/cooking for the needy!! Good vibes for all!!
  • Love your style of decor ...it is warm and cozy.....your voice is so calming...so grateful I found your channel...thanks

It’s great seeing you do this and feeling inspired. Having less clutter and more space to organize things definitely reduces my stress and anxiety. Took me having a nervous breakdown a little over 10 years ago to realize this. Breakdown wasn’t clutter related; an incident at work led to the breakdown and subsequent diagnosis of PTSD. Feeling much better now due to great mental health support but decluttering is still important :)
