What makes this song more remarkable is that they were in their 20's when they wrote it. People don't usually realize the depth of these lyrics until they get much older.

When Dark Side Of The Moon came out in 1973 one of my roommates brought it home. The three of us got stoned and put it on the turn table. When the first side was over we flipped it over to side two. None of us said a word until it was over. I've never had a experience like that before or since. Don't worry, I still get a tear in my eye when I hear Time. It has a whole new meaning now at 74 then it did at 23.

I'm just so happy that young people today get to listen to the songs I know so well (most from my youth in the 60s). I've been listening to PF for 50+ years.

Crying for Pink Floyd are tears of joy, not sadness
  • Used to love as a teenager going to the observatory and watching Pink Floyd laser shows. Such a great and simple time. Keep that beautiful smile coming and quit staying away so long you would be perfect for daily reactions. Your charm and beauty knows no bounds my dear. Keep up the great job and god bless you and yours. 🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟

Getting emotional with Pink Floyd means to be strong. So you get as emotional as you can. ^^ And, yes, we all loved Richard Wright... (that is where I get emotional. ^^)
  • Pulse Sorrow is amazing! Incredible solos and the lyrics will make you cry.

You still look like you could be Ann & Nancy Wilson's little sister. Anyway, I would like to recommend a tune from "the Division Bell" disc called "Take it Back". Really think you'll like this one. Anyway, have a great day, and thanks for another great reaction. Peace lady. 😎🇺🇸

I would recommend listening to Echoes by Pink Floyd live at Pompeii. It's a 24 minute long song but you won't be disappointed
  • @gordonyoung1970
Gilmour is releasing a new album in Sept, he will be performing for 6 nights in October at The Albert Hall in London, no further tour dates announced yet
  • @chrislc35

Love your reactions to Pink Floyd - they are so genuine and I respect that you are not afraid to show and share your emotions. ‘Keep talking’ from the Pulse concert is a great track, and one that deserves more reactions!
