people are very disappointed in the anniversary, not surprised + they were dropping recipes in the spam as well, so here's one that i got from there lmao

PASTEL DE NATA / egg tart

Custard filling
20g all-purpose flour
1/4 ts cinnamon
A pinch of salt
25 ml whole milk
3 egg yolks
125 ml milk
1/2 cinnamon stick
1/2 vanilla bean
85 ml water
120 g sugar
(Optional )1/2 ts vanilla extract

Dough (homemade puff pastry)
300 g all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
210 ml water
180 g very soft unsalted butter

Bake at your highest temperature setting
270-290°C for 9-10min until the crust looks brown and the tops look slightly burned
