San Flaviano is one of Italy’s oldest buildings. It is estimated that the original Etruscan Temple on this site was built around 750 BC. The present church was built from the ruins in the 8th century and grew with the community until the 15th century.

20/09/2121 A REAL PIECE OF HISTORY! Am saddened how such a historic piece of property can enter to market...really one cannot purchase history it is where we have come from, in one form or another.

I'm half way through the video and still don't know how many HECTARES of property, water access, or other details comes with this incredible building. i.e. a lot of the bldgs. throughout Europe would need a functioning WOOD LOT to fire those old hearths. For starters.

I am totally lost. It showed the rooms, but no flow. Were we on the second floor? First floor? Where were the bathrooms? You need a new videographer.

This is amazing! An old monastery or chapel conversion with a bit of land for a garden and small orchard would be my dream. The views and unspoilt interior is unique. Anyone know what it sold for, or what the asking price was?

What a strangely arranged house! Your camera work needs work. Like you start into the bathrooms but turn around before showing them. Your movements are to jerky. Do you really have to walk along that grassy way to the entrance like you did or is there an easier way in? I kinda like the music but it sounds like it's from a movie where everyone or at least the hero dies. Lol Seems like such a peaceful place.
