people talk about how Purdy would do on a terrible team but how about Purdy on the 49ers with a good pass protection offensive line?

Brock is a top tier qb. Absolutely our franchise qb and at least a couple of SBs in his future! Even in those games where he didn't play his best, I still thought he was very good.
  • @eaglecoug
High praise from a defensive mastermind!
  • Maybe people will now shut up and give Brock his proper respect. He definitely is a driver not a passenger on the 49ERS. People are in denial about how good of a QB he really is. Glad he's the QB of the 9ERS

I think the NFL and the Niners did Purdy a disservice by not having him mic’d up the whole season. The only time we heard anything was the SB. The dude has so much poise! Loved it when he was talking to his team and he was like “You know what we gotta do right now. We gotta put one together. Let’s put one together right here!” Got me fired up. And to think he’s only 24 years old!! To be able to lead a room full of men is impressive already but he’s leading a room of all pro vets!! They all believe in him.

This was exactly what I was wanting! Hearing Spag break down his perspective. Awesome!

Seriously, as a KC fan, I was impressed by Purdy. Way better than guys like Lamar or Dak. Did not get a deer in the headlights look in the SB. He needs to improve on accuracy over 25 yards.

If Spags can pin some respect on Purdy's name, then the rest of America can as well, otherwise you are just hating him...

I love how Spags admitted they changed their game plan to take away the crossing routes and that would leave them vulnerable to the run and tight end. Good thing Kyle abandoned the run and didn’t target Kittle so he played right into Spags game plan.
  • Guy this is one of your best vids 👍 Thank you for the great content 🙏

I love seeing coaches and players praise people even when they beat them. Absolutely love it. Waaaay better than watching a talking head on A big network talk about basically superficial stuff. And give hot takes that are baseless.
  • @SueDamron
One of your best videos! Very thoughtful and helpful after our disappointing loss! I’ve been avoiding anything 49er since then. Your take was not triggering and still informative! Thanks!!

some have "it" some do'nt some can see "it " some can't. If you don't have "it," or can't see "it" "It" can't be taught. Some things are God given.

I've been watching the 49ers for 40 years I've seen all the Super Bowls Kyle is on the verge of winning multiple Super Bowls I wish everybody would get off his ass go Niners
  • @LymanEmery
Thanks for the post. Always enjoy your take.
  • They should have Run the Ball/clock down and even if they kick a field goal they would have put the Chiefs in the exact situation with much less time to drive down the field. This would have given 9ers the next possession or at least kept time off the clock (less than 1:20 would be a totally different game)

Some throws Brock threw "into the dirt" were throws to the only spot the completely draped over Deebo could have made the catch. Brock threw 11 balls at Deebo for 3 catches, he was so covered that anytime he threw it at his numbers the ball got knocked out. The only chance he had was to throw them low and away and hope Deebo went down to get it. Just speaking in generalities here.
