I Filmed this ENTIRE Vlog on the Nikon Z f!

Published 2024-02-09
We received a demo model of the Nikon Z f mirrorless camera as part of our ongoing reviews series on PRONEWS Global!
I was able to take the camera for a weekend to take notes on its performance, and as such, decided to film my whole Sunday routine with it!

Not too bad of a camera and the on board mic is really good for what it is, but adjusting shutter speed and ISO with the clicks and camera twitches while filming is very noticeable. Also not sure why you're adjusting SS for a video unless you're changing frame rates or are going for a different look. I just set mine at 1/50 at 24fps and leave it. If I need to darken the image, I'd either lower the ISO or tighten the aperture or if I wasn't reviewing the camera, I'd use a variable ND filter to adjust on the fly. Would have loved to see some beach shots with it too...

You should have filmed in N-Log 10bit for me since I nowdays have HDR screen on my PC. Anyways great video. Some how didn't like the depth of field of the lens. for my taste it was a bit too shallow.
