Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Where The Missing Link fits in.

This it the cut-scene that transitions between the main game, to the Missing Link and back into the main game. In the cut-scene when the game breaks to the loading screen is effectively where the Missing Link mission takes place, then you come back. So, when I play the games in sequence, I save the main game just before I set the bomb, then exit as soon as the cut-scene lets me have control back, then play the Missing Link. When I'm done with the Missing Link, I reload at the point of setting the bomb to go through the cut-scene again reminding me of where I was at.
