🔹 6 chicken thighs
🔹 1 onion
🔹 5 potatoes
🔹 2 carrots
🔹 bunch of parsley
🔹 3 cloves of garlic
🔹 vegetable oil
🔹 20 g (0,7 oz) butter
🔹 2 tsp salt
🔹 2 tsp black pepper
🔹 2 tsp oregano
🔹 2 tsp sweet paprika
📝 Sauce
🔹 100 ml (3.4 oz) sweet chili sauce
🔹 30 ml (1 oz) soy sauce
🔹 3 tbsp honey
🔹 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
🔹 juice of 1/2 lemon

I made this without the chili sauce because I just happened to have all of the other ingredients in my fridge needing to be cooked. It came out amazing and the family loved it!!! Right now I've got the same ingredients available but chicken breasts. I think I'm going to try something similar with them.

This definitely looks like a dish that I would definitely like to make. It’s relatively simple only a few ingredients and best of all 2 pots and less than a half dozen of kitchen utensils. So easy clean up and hopefully sit down to what appears to be a delicious 😋 meal.
